3rd Joint iTesla-UMBRELLA workshop: Innovative Tools for the Future Coordinated Operation of the Pan-European Electricity Transmission System, 26 January 2016, Brussels
The 3rd and final joint workshop between iTesla and UMBRELLA consortia gathered over 70 people counting TSOs, equipment manufacturers and academics. The two projects respectively presented their final results: innovative tools for the future coordinated operation of the pan European electricity transmission system. Network Security Assessment Days, 4-5 November 2015, Brussels
The iTesla consortium organised it's final workshop on the 4-5 November 2015 in Brussels to present the project outputs. The workshop gathered 91 participants including 11 different TSOs and CORESO.
The event was organised along two days:
- Day 1, November 4th: Concepts and theoretical results in iTesla
- Day 2, November 5th: Operational use and added value of iTesla prototype toolbox

Dissemination workshop towards TSOs, researchers & software developers, 22nd August 2014, Paris
iTesla organised a workshop about Probabilistic Risk-Based Approach to Network Security Assessment, on 22nd August in Paris. The event gathered 58 participants, including TSOs from Brazil, New Zealand, Serbia, Estonia, Ireland, and Finland– in addition to the 6 involved in the project. Some major manufacturers also joined, with representatives from Siemens, Alstom Grid, and Schneider Electric.

Meeting with the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), June 30th 2014, Ljubljana.
On the 30th of June 2014, a delegation gathering representatives from iTESLA, UMBRELLA and GARPUR projects was received by the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) in Ljubljana. The meeting allowed regulators to get an overview of some research activities jointly performed by TSOs and academia in relation with the security assessment of power transmission systems, and to be aware of the potential impacts of these activities on European Network Codes.
2nd joint workshop between iTesla and Umbrella consortia, January 14th 2014, Brussels
This workshop gathered over 80 people counting TSOs, equipment manufacturers and academics. The two projects respectively presented their achievements so far and the challenges ahead, and a first demo of the iTesla prototype toolbox was performed. An overall description of the iTesla toolbox architecture was put forward.

First workshop dedicated to TSOs, June 26th 2013, Nice, France
The workshop gathered close to 50 attendees and enabled non-iTesla TSOs to know more about the project objectives and prepare their organization to use a new generation of tools for power system security assessment.

1st joint workshop between iTesla and Umbrella consortia, June 21st 2012
40 participants attended the workshop, during which the iTesla and Umbrella coordinators respectively introduced their project. The afternoon session was fully dedicated to discussions addressing risk based assessment issues and defense plan concepts.
